The team is led by principal Mark Gudenas, who has more than
30 years of marketing and communications experience. Mark has served as Vice President of Marketing & Communications for
Texas General Contractor Jordan Foster Construction and National Marketing Director for California-based General Contracting firm Swinerton Incorporated. With both firms, he built their corporate marketing departments from scratch, implementing a full complement of services, ranging from new corporate identities and websites to online asset and proposal systems, and award-winning communications programs.
Bill LaBranche serves as Art Director, and has teamed with Mark over the past 16 years at both of the General Contracting firms, where he established the design standards for everything from new identities to truck and jobsite signage. Bill has more than three decades of experience and has created award-winning work in Branding, Identity Creation, Design & Communications. Prior, through his own firm, Bill has done extensive work with Grey Advertising, J. Walter Thompson, and Young & Rubicam in San Francisco.
Hard Hat Marketing works with Site Shots Project Photography to capture the best perspectives of our clients' work. All of the copyrighted photos on this website were photographed by Site Shots' principal project photographer, Garrison, who has worked with Mark and Bill on shoots for Jordan Foster Construction and Prescient. He knows how to capture the best lines and features of projects, and understands their application in websites, proposals, presentations, project sheets, and collateral.

Mark worked with them in the pioneering development of a searchable, online asset management system in 2004 for Swinerton Builders, and then developed a further enhanced system in 2014 for Jordan Foster Construction.
